The Hospital de Almas “Mary of Consolation”, is a ministry of listening and prayer, formed by lay people committed to the Catholic Church. This ministry has been inspired by the light of Mary since 2009 in Quito-Ecuador, and currently we are located in some countries.
Our service is non-profit, so none of our daily activities have any cost.
What we do
The main axis around which all the activities of the Hospital de Almas revolve is the space for listening, accompaniment and prayer to heal the inner wounds of the heart. The way to do this is always in a personal way, giving each person the time they need. We also have a welcoming place where those who need a deeper healing can stay over and carry out a more complete process, always accompanied and welcomed with love by those who are part of this ministry.
The formation itineraries are the means through which we get to know and form ourselves in topics related to the spiritual life and our faith. They are virtual meetings in which we share our experience and knowledge about different topics that concern our spiritual life. The objective is to grow in the knowledge and love of God in a simple and close way.
Every first Saturday of the month we gather in the hospital´s oratory for a morning of communal adoration of the Lord accompanied by music and prayers. Likewise, we have healing retreats in the light of Mary in which participants can experience God´s Mercy during a whole weekend through various talks, prayer and Eucharistic Adoration.
Each month, you can make or renew your consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. During 15 days we prepare you for this covenant of love, you will receive videos and readings that will accompany you on this journey. Learn more about this 12 Roses consecration.
